Heidemann has shared several reflections on how her spiritual beliefs intersect with her volleyball career:
Challenging Seasons: In a 2025 post, she thanked Jesus for "challenging every part of [her] faith" during her junior year and expressed gratitude for the ability to play.
Purpose Through Play: She often credits her success and the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level to her religious convictions.
State Championship Belief: During her high school career at Diller-Odell, she recalled a historic comeback in the 2020 State Championship powered by a deep belief—both in her team and their ability to overcome adversity.
My purpose in this earth is to serve the Lord and prepare for an eternal life. Jesus saw you and he loved you so much he gave his life for you.
