Marshall Shill, widely known as "The Fire Marshal," is a fan-favorite baseball pitcher for the Firefighters in the Banana Ball Championship League. Known on the mound for his distinct sidearm delivery and heat, Shill places his Christian faith at the absolute center of his life and identity
He actively uses his sports platform to share his testimony and point others toward his faith. He has partnered with ministries like Travel Chapel to share his spiritual journey, including a feature titled "I Saw Jesus Through My Teammates," where he discusses how his personal faith intersects with his baseball career. Outside of his faith ministry, he is also recognized for community-driven gestures, such as shaving his trademark mustache to support families in need.
